My Teaching Philosophy

I believe the old philosophy from Confucius: everyone is teachable and we should teach in accordance with students' aptitude.(有教無類，因材施教）

I also believe that everyone can contribute as a teacher, a student and a thinker. Sometimes, I learn from my students just as much as they learn from me! For me, being a classroom teacher is not being an authority, instead, I am the facilitator, partner and a trigger of all the amazing sparks happen in the classroom.
